Nature's foods

Interesting facts about some veggies and their nutrition:

Carrots: when you cut them into halves or slices, it appears to be the shape of an eye; and is good for the eye :)

Walnut: the outer of the walnut has lots of 'wrinkles' and resembles the brain, and has certain nutrients good for the brain

Celery: the white, strong and brittle stem looks a lot like the human bone, it has 21% calcium, like the human bone (also 21% calcium), and is good for the development of our bones

Kidney beans: looks like a kidney and has the word kidney in it's name, good for kidneys

Avocado: when half of the outer shell is taken off, with the huge seed left, it looks like a pregnant woman. avocadoes help to develop the fetus and many more. this plant takes 9 months to bear fruit, like the fetus

Tomato: cut it into halves and you get a heart shape, with 4 chambers :) has been found to have nutrients good for the heart too.

Nature is giving us hints about the food and their benefits from the whole range of veggies :) & these are just a few,
