watch before your eyes the suffering animals are placed through for that piece of meat on your plate.
"Animal genocide, or the endless cycle of violence and pain inflicted by humans upon millions, even billions, of cruelly treated livestock. Spend just one minute inside a slaughterhouse during a killing spree, and try not to flinch as you hear pigs crying in fear and pain. Try and look at a dying cow's eyes, and it's impossible not to see terror in their final gasps for breath. Pity the chickens: after being crammed mercilessly into wire mesh transports, their beaks are cut off just before their throats are slit. Utter heartlessness.
"On today's factory farms, animals are crammed by the thousands into filthy windowless sheds, wire cages, gestation crates, and other confinement systems. These animals will never get to feel the warmth of the sun on their backs or breathe fresh air until the day they are loaded onto trucks bound for slaughter," Bruce Friedrich writes in his "Top Ten Reasons to go Vegetarian."

"Animals on factory farms are over-crowded. They spend their brief lives in crowded and ammonia-filled conditions, many of them so cramped that they can't even turn around or spread a wing.
Animals on factory farms are tortured. Within days of birth, for example, chickens have their beaks seared off with a hot blade. Animals are hung upside down and their throats are sliced open, often while they're fully conscious.
Animals on factory farms are treated like machines. They are pumped up with drugs, fed their own waste and forced to grow or produce as fast as possible. They are subjected to 24-hour artificial lighting while being crammed into tiny cages one on top of the other to make it easier to harvest.
We don’t need to eat animals! Most of us in the U.S. don’t eat animals because we must in order to survive. We eat them because we want to. We are subjecting animals to torture, damaging the environment unnecessarily and subjecting ourselves to greater risk of disease just to satisfy a desire, not a need.
You can get a totally balanced diet without eating meat. All vegetables contain protein and too much protein consumption is unhealthy. Grains, legumes and soybeans contain plenty of protein. Vegetarian foods do not have to be boring. Spice it up! For example, veggies and rice with some Teriyaki sauce is delicious and as filling as any meat dish you can think of while being far more healthy for you and easier on animals and the environment. Why not give a vegetarian diet a try and give our environment a break. Your body will thank you and so will the Earth!"

We all know that our intestine is very long, and it has been proven this is not suitable for eating meat. this was demonstrated in an essay in comparative anatomy by Dr. G.S. Huntigen of Columbia Universeity.
"He pointed out that carnivores have short small and large intestines. Theirs large intestine is characteristically very straight and smooth. In contrast, vegetarian animals have both a long small intestine and a long large intestin. Because of the low fiber content and high protein density of meat, the intestines do not require a long time to absorb nutrients; thus, the intestines of carnivores are shorter in length than those of vegetarian animals."
From The Key of Immediate Enlightenment sample booklet
Meat also creates toxins, cause colon cancer, increase the burden on the liver, contains a lot of urokinase protein and urea which can destroy the kidney function due to the extra burden. And fourteen grams of this urokinase protein is found in every pound of steak. Meat lacks cellulose and fibre etc. Meat is high in cholesterol and saturated fats in flesh that creaste cardiovascular disease (no. 1 leading death in the US). & cancer is the second leading cause of death.
Meat is also unclean and safe. There are far too many cattle, pigs, poulty, etc killed for meat everyday to clearly check if the meat has cancer in it, let alone every single animal. Now, when the head has a problem, they just chop off the head and sell the other parts of the bod.
Also, lots of antibiotics are fed to animals to prevent them from getting diseases in those highly stressful conditions. So those eating these animals will absord these drugs that includes steriods and growth hormones.
The World Health Organisation recommends that 4.5% of daily calories can be derived from protein. Wheat has 17% of its calories as protein, brocollli has 45% and rice 8%. So a veg diet can still have lots of protein even when leaving out meat. Also plants don't have cholestrol (animal fat) that gets stuck to our veins etc and cause heart problems because plants don't have any blubber or animal fat. So vegetables are very healthy :)
If you see our sci ws on nutritional value, cholestrol is the only one on the list that is better to have as little as possible (see the Ecology and environment
Raising animals for meat causes rain forest destruction, global heat rising, water pollution, water scarcity, desertification, misuse of energy resources and world hunger (being veg can feed 2 billion ppl, but there are still hungry ppl in the world 'cause the grain is being fed to livestock, and then we eat the meat. so why don't we just eat the plants, and so the energy doesn't have to be wasted as it goes down the food chain. and on the way down the food chain, the protein, etc gets lost, and harmful stuff are added too)
25% of Central American's rainforests have been burned and cleared to create pasture for beef cattle. Every four ounce hamburger made from rain forest beef destroys 55 square feed of tropical rain forest. Animal agriculture contributes significantly to the production of the 3 gases which cause global warming.
1 pound of beef=2464 gallons of water, while a pound of tomatoes only take 29 gallons, and one pound of loaf of whole wheat bread takes only 139 gallons.
Half of the water consumed in the US goes to the growing of feed for cattle and other livestock.
Growing oats produce 8 times the protein and 25 times the calories if they are fed to humans not cattle. Broccoli produces 10 times the protein, calories and niacin as an acre of land producing beef. Raising animals for meat is wasteful.
World hunger
1/3 of the world's grain is fed to livestock. While over 40 million ppl die each year from hunger or mulnutrition.
Animal suffering
100,000 cows are slaughtered every day in the US. 100 000. They try to cram as much animals in as small place as possible. (this leads to diseases spread easily, like the current swine flu)
Animals help us in so many ways. They save ppl, they risk their lives. Many times when we approach we hear a dog bark. We might be scared, or we just ignore it. But we don't know that the dog is barking at the risk of their life. They want to protect their owner, therefore when they see you suspicious they bark to warn you. When you can simple shoot them down. But they still bark out of love. And animals, they risk their lives to save others, animals of different species and humans even. Here are some links to what past animals did. Some animals even raised dif species of animals. They go blind just to help someone else, but we humans don't always do that. So we have lots to learn from them. They simply fly in the sky, they only swim in the ocean, but we just pull them out, fish them out, shoot them down, and eat them. When they didn't disturb us.

Being veg brings lots of benefits. Eating meat blocks your mind out; makes you feel heavy everyday. Do not worry about lack of nutrition from a veg diet, it's healthy. Many ppl have been cured from colon cancer, just by switching to a plant-based diet. It is truly amazing and beneficial. There are lots of meat alternatives available, dif kinds of yummy vegs to try. Don't say it's hard, can just try. Now it's no longer for compassionate reasons to go veg, it's a matter of life and death. Today, livestock agriculture is heating our planet. If we don't stop our meat eating habits, we're bringing this planet to an end.
Glaciers are melting faster than ever. People are dying every time. While we are poking into the piece of meat, someone out there is dying due to lack of food. We don't have to wait for some super technology to curb global warming. It would be too slow and too late. We can just be veg, everyone be veg and we can save the planet already (see flyer at the back of class). We are running late now, truly.
So you can try being veg for one meal a day, or once a week. (for more info please visit www.SupremeMasterTV.com). Then slowly increase because you can save lives. The animal you eaten, the chicken you eat has a family, and what we might be eating today for dinner could be just a daughter. A precious daughter. Or we love our parents so much, but yet we still eat the parent of a child.
Be organic vegan today! If no organic products are available, then be vegan first today. To save lives and your souls! Thank you very much.
P.S. Can watch The Secrets of Venus today on Between Master and Disciples at Supreme Master Television (www.SupremeMasterTV.com) @ 9 pm, 3 am and 9 am tmr, (missed 3 pm today), 24/7. more parts to come soon. Or can watch Words of Wisdom at 6, 12, 6, 12 too. :)
