You all know that chinese words have some kind of history and reason as to why they were written like that: 和 (peace ; 和平的＂和＂), is made of a 禾 and a 口. 禾 (hé) means grain, so the word 和 means that when you put the 禾 (grain or plant based food) into your 口 (mouth) (in order words eat plant-based), you will get 和 (peace!) =)

Aljunied MRT station has quite a few (3) vegetarian stalls. With a new one coming up soon.

There's Tian En, Ci Hang, and Yes! Natural F & B restaurant.

Tian En is part of a coffe shop, but at a different corner. They have different dishes choices available to choose, as well as lotus root soup.

Ci Hang is a shop on its own, in an air-condition outlet, along the same row of shops as Tian En. This row of shops are just a left turn from the Aljunied MRT station (after turning left out of the station).

Yes! Natural F&B restaurant is behind the row of the shop, just opposite (but the other side). It's an organic vegetarian shop, with organic brown rice. But some dishes might have cheese.
